Born and raised in East Texas, I’ve always been drawn to helping others. As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over four years of experience providing therapy to individuals and families. My professional journey has included serving as a case manager for foster families and working with individuals through a crisis ministry. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how to support people navigating difficult and uncertain times.

After earning my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in various counseling settings. I am EMDR-trained and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and Somatic Experience elements into my practice. I especially enjoy integrating somatic components into therapy, as I believe healing the nervous system can open the door to renewed vitality and joy.

My passion lies in working with those who have experienced trauma, life transitions, or relational challenges. I have over two years of experience working with couples and believe that while every relationship encounters conflict, there are healthy ways to address it, and hope is always within reach.

Outside work, I love being outdoors, staying active, and connecting with friends and family. I share my life with a loving husband, a sweet newborn, and two cherished fur babies.

My decision to become a therapist stems from a desire to walk alongside others in their most challenging moments and guide them toward healing. As someone who values personal growth through therapy, I believe this process can benefit everyone. As Brené Brown says, “Social hurts require social healing.” Healing and growth take courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
