Hi, I’m Anna Irving, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) supervised by Ana Barnson, LPC-S. I’m passionate about working with teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and build more connected relationships. My clinical approach is grounded in attachment theory, object relations theory, and trauma-informed care, with a deep appreciation for how early experiences shape our relationships with ourselves and others.

I enjoy incorporating sand tray interventions and other hands-on activities into sessions, especially for clients who may feel overwhelmed or stuck in traditional talk therapy. My goal is to create a space where healing feels accessible, collaborative, and empowering.

Outside of the therapy room, I love traveling, spending time at the gym, and hanging out with my two dogs, Remy and Bubbles. They serve as a constant reminder to stay present and playful.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
